This is an application by the son of Ramesh Kumar Thakur-the original complainant, the respondent No.2 in ABA No.1319/2015. He expired on 13.12.2015. The applicant has filed the present application to substituting himself in the place of the original complainant with a further prayer to permit him to espouse the cause on behalf of his father.

2) For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the application.

2 /2 3) The applicant in ABA No.1319/2015 is hereby directed to delete the original complaintrespondent No.2 Ramesh Kumar Thakur and implead the present applicant namely Shailesh Ramesh Kumar Thakur as respondent No.3. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
