Heard Mr. Thakur, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner. In the present Petition, relief prayed for by Petitioner seeks expeditious hearing and decision in Petition No. A-251 of 2019 pending before the learned Family Court, Thane. Mr. Thakur submitted that the stage of the proceedings before the learned Trial Court is at the stage of evidence of Petitioner. 2.

The facts in the present case are peculiar in as much as both parties are residing in the same house and using some portions of the said house in common for the daily chores. Hence that leads to several incidents and issues which have been mentioned in the Petition. This Court does not express its opinion on the said issues. 1/2

Both learned Advocates have addressed on the issues and impressed upon me that if expedition is allowed, it will come as a big respite to both parties.

In that view of the matter, learned Judge Family Court, Thane where the aforementioned Petition is pending is requested to hear and finally decide the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of 12 months from today. 5.
