This is an application for intervention by the first informant Mr. Rati Krushna Pattanayak in C.R.No.115/2017 dated 09.04.2017 Aarti Palkar 1/2

46.BA.2945.17awAPPP.18.18.doc registered with Dahisar Police Station under Sections 364(a), 397, 385, 32, 504, 506, 11 r/w.34 of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 25 of Arms Act a/w. 37(1)(a), 35 of Bombay Police Act. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application for intervention is allowed.

The applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2945 of 2017 is directed to implead the first informant Mr. Rati Krushna Pattanayak as respondent No.2. Amendment be carried out within one week from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned Advocate for the first informant within the same stipulated period. 4.
