Heard Mr. Gole, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Kankal, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 6. 2.

Considering the subject matter of the writ petition and the order which is proposed to be passed, Court is of the view that issuance of formal notice may not be required as the Writ Petition can be disposed of at this stage itself.

It is stated that petitioner has filed revision application No.392 of 2018 before the Divisional Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division. During pendency of the revision application, petitioner also filed an interim application for stay. However, no decision has been taken on such application for stay.

In the meanwhile, respondent No.2 issued certain directions to the authorized officer i.e. respondent No.4 to seize the records of the petitioner. It was at that stage that present Petition has been filed. 5.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, Court is of the view that it would be just and proper if the 1/2

WP4850_19.doc revisional authority i.e. respondent No.1 is directed to finally hear and decide revision application No.392 of 2018 itself expeditiously. 6.

Accordingly, respondent No.1 is directed to finally decide revision application No.392 of 2018 within a period of 3 months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Let the petitioner appear before respondent No.1 within a period of 15 days from today.
