PER COURT :

The applicant was permitted to deposit the amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- vide order dated 19th September, 2022 with the investigating officer. The said amount has been already deposited. 2.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No.367 of 2021 registered with Shikrapur Police Station, Pune for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that, the applicant was identifying the witnesses to the sale deed dated 25th February, 2003 and an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- was transferred from the loan amount to the account of the applicant.

Considering the fact that, the amount has been deposited. This application can be allowed and disposed of.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 55 of 2022 is allowed.

(ii) Interim order dated 14th January, 2022 is confirmed.

(iii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C. R. No.367 of 2022 registered with Shikrapur Police Station, Pune, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (iv) The applicant shall report Investigating Officer as and when called for till filing the charge-sheet. (v) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application disposed off.
