This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.2788/2014. By a self operative order dated 22.6.2015 the petition stood dismissed for non compliance of the directions issued in the said order. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that till today the applicant has not complied with the order dated 22.6.2015.The learned counsel appearing for the applicant undertakes this Court to comply with the order dated 22.6.2015 by 2.4.2016 as last chance. 2) In view of the facts mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). If the applicant fails to comply with the undertaking, the petition will stand dismissed for non compliance of the order.
