1) This is an application for intervention by the original complainant Smt. Anjali Aditya Pardasany in CR No.448/2016 dated 26.9.2016 registered with Khar Polcie Station, Mumbai under Section 498A, 509, 506, 406, 323 read with 34 f the Indian Penal Code.

2) For the reasons stated in the application the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3) The applicant in ABA No.2165/2017 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent no.2. The said amendment to be carried out
