Respondent No.2 is present in the Court along with the petitioner and their advocates. Learned advocate for the Petitioner identifies respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 has given affidavit explaining that she is not interested in prosecuting the petitioner and gave no objection for quashing FIR. Orally she informs that the decision has been taken mutually and accordingly proceedings for grant of decree of divorce by mutual consent vide case No. 312/2019 are also pending in the Family Court.

In view of this affidavit and joint request we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
