Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned AGP for the first Respondent.

A proposal dated 15th July 2008 has been submitted by the Pune Municipal Corporation to the Principal Secretary of the Urban Development Department. The contention in the Application that the said proposal is still pending. The learned AGP has no instructions regarding the said proposal.

Hence, we dispose of the Application by passing the following order.

ash caw-747 ORDER :

(a) We direct the Applicants to produce an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the proposal dated 15th July 2008 to the office of the Principal Secretary in the Urban Development Department of the Government of Maharashtra;

(b) If no decision has been taken on the said proposal, the same shall be taken within a period of three months from the date on which an authenticated copy of this order is submitted by the Applicants to the Principal Secretary of the Urban Development Department;

(c) If decision is already taken, the same shall be communicated to the Pune Municipal Corporation; (d) No adjudication is made on merits of the proposal; (e) The Application is disposed of on above terms. (A.P.BHANGALE, J) ( A.S. OKA, J )
