At the outset, learned APP submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, Police have submitted the charge-sheet before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Thane on 31.12.2016. Petitioner is therefore having substantive alternate remedy by way of filing an application for discharge if charge is not framed till date, as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the Trial Court.

By reserving the right of Petitioner, petition is disposed of.
