DATE: FEBRUARY 16, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Transfer is opposed by the Counsel for the non-applicant on the ground that proceedings are initiated based on cause of action. It is further claimed that Applicant, an educated lady, can very much travel to attend the proceedings.

2] Considered the said objection. Fact that Applicant, a lady, who is custodian of minor child aged 2 years and is working at Pune sufficiently establishes issue of hardship in her favour. 3] In that view of the matter, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Prayer clause (a) reads as under:- "(a) transfer Spl. Marriage Petition No.21/2021 (Sushant-Vs-Mrs. Elisheba) from file of Learned 1/2
