By order dated 7 October 2014, Arbitration Appeal No.12 of 2014 was disposed of and the Petitioners herein were directed to pay the deficit Court fee under Article 3 of Schedule 1 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act within a period of one month from the date of the said order. The above Civil Applications have been filed for extension of time. The Court is informed that the balance amount of Court Fee is

already deposited. In the circumstances the time granted by this Court by its order dated 7 October 2014 shall stand extended till the date the amount was deposited. The delay shall stand condoned.
