This Appeal from Order is preferred by plaintiff challenging the order dated 18.10.2013 passed by Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai dismissing their Notice of Motion No.734 of 2013. After hearing for some time, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present Appeal from Order with liberty to take appropriate steps against the respondents.

Same is granted.

Appeal from Order as well as Civil Application stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
