This civil application is for condonation of 24 days delay in filing the Appeal From Order against the Order dated 18.10.2013 passed by Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay in Notice of Motion No. 734 of 2013 in S.C. Suit No. 2337 of 2012.

iii) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
