Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, makes a statement that in the event Petitioner surrenders subject 4 toilet blocks, the Petitioner would be permitted to participate in the on going tender process in respect of all the toilet blocks and fresh tenders would be issued for all 18 toilet blocks. Statement accepted.

Mr. Gurjar, learned counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the Petitioner would surrender his rights in respect of four toilet blocks at Silavassa which are subject matter of memorandum of understanding dated 21st September 1999.

In view of the Petitioner's above statement, Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that show cause notice dated 25th May 2018 issued to the Petitioner would not be acted upon. This statement is also accepted. 4.

In the light of above statements made by the respective parties, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
