Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out the order dated 25th February 2019 directing the petitioner to deposit the penal rent of Rs.1,29,000/-. He would further submit that the penal rent has been deposited. The withdrawal of penal rent will be subject to the final orders in the subsequent proceedings, if any, to be filed by any of the parties.
