1) By the present application, the applicant has impugned the order dated 13.10.2015 passed under the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant fairly conceded that a substantive appeal under Section 29 of the said Act is maintainable. He seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file the substantive appeal.
