Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
This application is for grant of exemption from personal attendance of respondent no.3, Harishankar Bajoria on the ground that he is a Senior citizen and not keeping well.
Considering the submissions made by the learned Senior counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Mohite 1/2
6 canst443-17 the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:
A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant exemption from personal attendance of Mr.Harishankar Bajoria, the Respondent No.3 herein until further orders."
B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
