Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P for the State.

At the outset, learned A.P.P tendered a copy of the order dated 13th April, 2016 passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) No. 1280 of 2016, in the application filed by co-accused Dattatray Yashwant Bhakare, seeking his enlargement on bail. The same is taken on record and marked `X' for identification. 1/3

Learned A.P.P submits that vide the said order, the Apex Court declined to entertain the prayer for bail and has directed that the trial of accused Mohammed Saquib, who is lodged in Nainital jail in connection with aforesaid offence be separated and the trial against the remaining accused be commenced without further delay.

By this application, the applicants Ravi Prakash Ram Shiromani Sinh & Ors. seek expeditious disposal of their case on day-today basis. Since the trial of the applicants is now separated from that of coaccused Mohammed Saquib, it is expected that the trial will commence and the same will be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this application. The application is accordingly disposed of. 6.

The Police Commissioner, Head Quarters, Navi Mumbai, to ensure that all the accused in MCOC Special Case No. 10 of 2010, which is pending before the learned Special MCOC Court, Mumbai be produced on every date, so directed by the Special Judge. 2/3

Learned A.P.P undertakes to communicate this order to the Police Commissioner, Head Quarters, Navi Mumbai. 8.

Registry to communicate this order to the applicants who are lodged in Taloja Central Prison.
