Mr. Bhalchandra Korgaonkar, the petitioner who appears in person states that the learned Family Court taking up petition No.2379 of 2008 is reluctant to proceed with the matter or comply with the directions contained in the order dated 11-12-2015, on the ground of pendency of the present petition.

There is no reason to accept the submission that the Family Court Judge is either reluctant to proceed with the matter or reluctant to comply the directions issued by this N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

p13-caw-63-2016 Court to proceed with the matter. The order dated 11-12-2015 is quite clear and in paragraph 4, directions have been issued to proceed with the matter.

Therefore, there is no reason to issue any further clarification in this Civil Application. The Civil Application is disposed of.
