This is an application received through jail from the aforesaid Applicant, who is facing trial in respect of five cases. 2.
The grievance of the Applicant is that he was granted bail and that his application for reduction of bail amount has not been considered. The Applicant has further prayed for expediting the trial and has also sought transfer of the case on the allegations that behaviour of the concerned Judge is rude and inhuman. 3.
The learned APP has placed on record, copy of the roznama in the said five cases pending on the file the learned Judicial Megha 1/2
6_appln_18_2016 Magistrate, First Class, Palghar. The learned APP has submitted that the Applicant is in custody since 24.5.2015. The learned APP has further submitted that summons has already been issued to the witnesses.

I have perused the report. The cases are comparatively new. Hence, it is not necessary to fix any time limit for disposal of the said cases. As regards the prayer for transfer of his cases, needless to state that such cases cannot be transferred on vague and baseless allegations against the Judicial Officers.

The Applicant also seems to be aggrieved by the order of the Magistrate rejecting his prayer for reducing the bail bond amount. The Applicant is given liberty to file necessary application before the Sessions Court.

The application stands disposed of in the light of the above observations. The learned Advocate appointed to represent the Applicant be paid fees quantified at Rs.1000/- within two months. 7.
Copy of this order be served to the Applicant through the superintendent of concerned Jail.
