This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1, since deceased, on record. Respondent No.1 expired on 05.01.2016 and the present application is filed on 05.01.2017. Mr. Athalye states that he has instructions to accept and waive service on behalf of legal representatives of respondent No.1. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, I find that sufficient cause is made out. Hence, Civil Application is 1/2

CAW73_17.doc allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to costs and delay in filing the Civil Application is condoned. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith in the main Petition.
