Prisoner, an under-trial prisoner in Sessions Case No. 112 of 2013 is seeking expeditious disposal of his trial and a direction to make escort available for his production in trial. 2.

The trial was then pending in the Sessions Court at Kalyan. According to Learned APP, matter may have already been decided. We, therefore, grant petitioner leave to move that Court for expeditious disposal of trial, if it is still pending. With said leave, we dispose of the petition.
