After hearing the learned counsel for Petitioner at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief of quashing the First Information Report, the learned counsel on instructions from Petitioner who is personally present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file separate Petition/adopt appropriate remedy, for alleged violation of Section 41A of Criminal Procedure Code and seeking compensation, if permissible under the law, before appropriate Court. Leave and liberty granted.
