By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 16 days in filing an application for recall of order dated 16.11.2021, whereunder registration of Civil Revision Application was rejected for want of removal of office objections.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks. In the light of the said statement, delay is condoned. Dismissal order is recalled. Interim application stands disposed of.

Civil Revision Application be registered after removal of office objection. Stand over to 3.10.2022.
