Learned counsel for Respondents/Claimant, on instructions, submits that the Claimants would not file any Appeal for enhancement of compensation under any head and Appeal can be disposed of.

The statement of learned counsel for the Respondents/Claimants is accepted, and I pass following order;

ORDER

i. Appeal is dismissed and disposed of.

ii. The Claimants are permitted to withdraw deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon.

iii. The statutory amount be transmitted to the Tribunal. The parties are at liberty to withdraw it, as per Rule. 4.
