Heard the learned APP. We have perused the notes of evidence the copies of which have been annexed to the application for condonation of delay. We direct the learned APP to amend the application and annex copies of the notes of evidence to this application. Leave is granted. Appeal is admitted. There shall be action under section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
