Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No. 4 to decide the petitioner's application/representation dated 18th February, 2016, in respect of Gat No. 239 admeasuring 40 Ares at Village Dingrajwadi, Tal.Shirur, Dist. Pune, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit C" page 13, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is expressly made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open. The respondent No.4 shall decide the petitioner's said application/representation independently on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In order to enable the respondent No.4 to decide the petitioner's said application/representation, the petitioner shall remain present before him on 20th February, 2018 at 11.00 am along with copy of her application/representation as well as copy of this order. 4.
