None for the Petitioner. We have perused the affidavit in reply filed by the District Collector, Solapur. On perusal of the affidavit in reply, we find that the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur has initiated proceeding for acquisition of the land covered by the road constructed on the property in question. In the circumstances, so far as the initiation part of the proceeding, we find that the same has been complied with. As regards taking the proceeding to its logical end as expeditiously as possible, we extend Vishal Parekar 1/2
