A quarrel ensued on account of parking of vehicle in the course of which it is alleged, the applicant assaulted the complainant by bamboostick which caused fracture of wrist. Doctor reported that, complainant had suffered one grevious and another simple injury. Cross-

Rane 2/4 ABA-60-2020 (SR.911) complaint was also lodged. It appears, the applicant had also suffered injuries as could be seen from the medical case papers.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that, applicant has no criminal antecedents.

That even otherwise, it appears it is not a premeditated crime, in as much as, the complaint shows the applicant found one bamboo-stick lying by which he inflicted blow on the left hand of the complainant.

In view of the facts of the case and there being cross-complaints and also fact that applicant had suffered injury in the scuffle, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed.

In the event of arrest of the applicant, the applicant is directed to be released on bail in C.R. No.702/2018 registered with Goregaon Police Station on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only) with one

The applicant shall attend the Police Station concerned twice a month on third and fourth Sunday of each month commencing from January, 2020 between 11 to 1.00 p.m. till the charge is framed.

The applicant shall furnish the particulars of his latest place residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, to the Investigating Officer of the Police Station concerned within seven days from today;

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

The Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed off.

It is made clear that observations made
