After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner made limited prayer that this petition may be disposed of directing the Jt.C.J.S.D., Pune to dispose of Special Civil Suit No. 1033 of 2008, Special Civil Suit No. 1039 of 2008 and Special Civil Suit No. 1182 of 2009 expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid , we dispose of this petition by directions Jt.C.J.S.D., Pune to decide all the three suits as expeditiously as possible.
