Learned Counsel for the State on instructions from the Tahsildar, Khed, Pune states that the Tahsildar would ensure that he takes over physical possession of the mortgaged property being Flat Nos.06 and 08, Area admeasuring 857 sq.ft. + 79.61 sq.ft. (built up) and 890 sq.ft. + 82.68 sq.ft. (built up) on the first floor and second floor respectively, C-2 Building, Arihant City, situated

In that view of the matter we terminate proceedings in the Contempt Petition but granting liberty to the Petitioner to seek revival if the Tahsildar breaches the undertaking by filing a praecipe.
