The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submitted that the applicant till date has not deposited the amount as has been recorded in order dated 10.1.2018. It appears that the applicant has made the said statement of deposit of the said amount involved in the present crime in the registry of this Court on 10.1.2018 only with a view to procure the interim relief and nothing else. As the applicant has failed to honour his statement of thereby depositing the amount in the registry of this Court, the interim relief granted by Order dated 10.1.2018 is vacated forthwith. As a consequence

In view of the order passed in ABA No.34/2018, the Criminal Application No.87/2018 for intervention does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed off.
