None for the appellant. On the last date of hearing i.e. on 19th June 2018, the learned Advocate for the appellant had submitted a pursis stating that the sole appellant expired on 24th August 2015. Along with said pursis, original copy of the Death Certificate issued by the Sub-Registrar under Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 is also placed on record. The pursis is marked as Exhibit 'X' and the Death Certificate is marked as Exhibit 'Y'.

The date of death is 24/08/2015. Despite lapse of more than two and half years, no application for prosecuting the Gaikwad RD 1/2
