The applicant was directed to be released on bail by this Court vide order dated 6th December 2018 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2280 of 2018. The applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.50,000/- for a period of four weeks. The advocate for applicant submits that the applicant is a senior citizen and has not been able to arrange sureties in accordance with the aforesaid order. It is, therefore, prayed that the facility of cash security granted by this Court may be extended by six weeks.

In view of the submissions, the facility of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 6th December 2018 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2280 of 2018 is extended by a period of six weeks from today. Criminal Application No.24 of 2019 stands disposed off.
