This is the second Bail Application filed by the applicant/accused. Earlier Bail Application No. 1156 of 2015 was rejected by this Court on 24th June, 2015. Liberty was given to the applicant/accused to move the Bail Application after six months. Hence, this Bail Application. 2.
The police officer is present. Learned APP when asked about the status of the case, she informed that there are 17 witnesses and the charge is framed on 25th March, 2015.

Learned Sessions Judge to take note that charge is framed one year back and still there is no progress in the matter. When two accused are under-trial prisoners, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the matter and complete the trial till 30th September, 2016. If the trial is not 1 / 2
