CORAM: BHARATI DANGRE, J.
DATED : 15th JULY, 2022 P.C:- 1.
The petitioner makes a limited grievance in the writ petition and on it's perusal, I do not think that the respondents need to be noticed.
2.
The limited relief sought is, the petitioner has instituted Petition No.A-1418 of 2016 before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, seeking divorce on the ground of harassment and cruelty. His grievance is that the case is not proceeding despite 6 years and it is pending for interim maintenance. M.M.Salgaonkar

The grievance of the petitioner deserves to be redressed and this can be done by requesting the Family Court, Court No.7 at Bandra, Mumbai to make an endeavour to dispose off Petition No.A-1418 of 2016 expeditiously and in any case, within a period of one year from today.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
