Perused the undertaking. The applicant undertakes to deposit an amount of Rs.3.5 lakhs by February 2019 and balance amount of Rs.6.5 lakhs pursuant to the order dated September 28, 2018 by March 25, 2019. Statement on affidavit is accepted as n

If the balance amount of Rs.6.5 lakhs is not deposited by March 25, 2019, the protection order shall cease to operate without further reference to the Court.

It is made clear that the applicant will not be entitled to any further extension of time for deposit of the amount as specified in the order granting interim protection as indulgence shown is by way of last chance.
