Heard learned counsel for Petitioner on the question of admission.

By filing this petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Respondent to consider the answer of the Petitioner in respect of question no.2(f) and allot proportionate marks to correct answer given by the Petitioner. According to the Petitioner, he has given correct answers to question no.2(f), still no marks have been awarded to him.

Question No.2(f) reads thus :

"Define Ratna and describe the Ratna-Graha Sambandha"

Answers to question no.2(f) reads thus :

Thus, apparently the Petitioner has neither defined `Ratna' nor described `Ratna Graha Sambandh'. The corresponding answers given to various planets is also not correct. In the circumstances, when correct definition and description is not answered by the Petitioner for question no.2(f), in our considered view, the examiner has committed no error in granting zero marks to the Petitioner for question no.2(f).
