As the said writ petition was tagged with other petitions, on 10th July 2014 without noticing earlier order, another order of granting interim relief was passed. Therefore, this application is disposed of by clarifying that the interim order dated 4th July 2005 passed in the Writ Petition filed by applicant will continue to operate till the disposal
