After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the applicant

sjs 29-BAG-2575.2014 seeks leave to withdraw the application. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is informed that the matter is posted for framing of charge on 10-4-2015. Considering the peculiar facts of the case, the trial is expedited. The trial Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible.

In view of dismissal of the bail application as withdrawn, Intervention Application No.15 of 2015 does not survive and accordingly stands disposed of.
