In the Petition, the reliefs sought is for Respondent No.2 to decide Revision Application within four weeks. Though the Petition was declared on 31st December 2022, it has been lodged only on 6th January 2023. Learned AGP appearing for Respondent No.2 stated that the hearing had been fixed on 6th January 2023, on which date the Petition has been lodged. Mr.Desai for Petitioner states that the hearing is now fixed for tomorrow, i.e., 19th January 2023. Therefore nothing remains in the Petition. Petition disposed.
