The learned counsel for the appellant/applicant and the learned AGP make a statement that the matter has been settled. 2/4

The learned counsel Shri A.G. Bhabad, who claims to have represented the original claimants before the Reference Court, is present. He has tendered a letter of authority given by Shri Santosh L. Patil, Advocate, who represents the respondents before this Court. A copy of the said letter of authorization is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

The parties have tendered the consent terms. The consent terms are signed by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Nashik, representative of the acquiring body, the original claimants, the learned counsel for the parties and the Executive Engineer.

The parties and the learned counsels admit the contents of the consent terms and their signatures thereon. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'B' for identification.

In view of the above, the first appeals stand disposed of in accordance with the consent terms, 'B'.

The award be drawn in terms of the consent terms, 'B'. The appellant shall be entitled to refund of Court fees as per the rules.

In view of disposal of the appeals, the civil applications, do not survive and accordingly stand disposed of.
