Heard Mr Apte, learned senior counsel for the petitioners.
After arguing for sometime, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present Contempt Petition with liberty to file appropriate petition. He submits that he has made this statement after taking instructions from his client, who is present in the court today. To that effect, learned senior counsel has given the same in writing, the same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The same is accepted.
