Heard. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner expired. He seeks some time to take appropriate steps.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner and the respondents are relatives interse. He submits that the sole petitioner expired on 04.01.2014. To that effect, he placed on record a copy of death certificate.
