The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent No.2 to register FIR on the basis of petitioner's report dated 28th December, 2014. Learned APP, having taken instructions for the officer concerned, states that the report was inquired into and a decision was arrived at that the dispute is of civil nature and the petitioner was, accordingly, informed to approach the civil Court. The said communication was placed before us for perusal and it discloses that the petitioner has received a copy of the same. In the above circumstances, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he has an efficacious alternative remedy to file a Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No. 3 WP 103.15 private complaint before the concerned magistrate. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
