Pursuant to the order dated January 9, 2019, the applicants have deposited an amount of Rs.8 lakhs with the

The fact remains that the audit of the society / trust is not completed and as such, it is difficult at this stage to infer that the applicants have defrauded the institution by an amount of more than Rs.40 lakhs as is claimed by the intervenor. Both the applicants are very much available for investigation. In view thereof, the ad-interim protection granted earlier stands confirmed.

The applicants shall attend the Investigating officer as and when directed.

The applicants shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.

The applicants shall co-operate with the investigating agency.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. 8.

In view of the disposal of the main application, the criminal application also stands disposed of. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
