After arguing for sometime, the Learned Counsel for the Applicants seeks withdrawal of the above Criminal Application so as to enable the Applicants to seek appropriate recourse under the CrPC by way of filing an application for discharge. The above Criminal Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. If any application for discharge is filed, needless to state that the same would be heard and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. All interim orders stand vacated.
