P.C.:- This is the second bail application fled by the Applicant, who is facing trial in Special Case (N.D.P.S.) No.1 of 2017 for the ofences punishable under Sections 22(c), 25 and 29(1) r/w. Section 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 pending on the fle of Additional Sessions uudge, aaramati.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the trial has commenced and the investigating ofcer is under cross examination. It is thus, evident that the trial has almost concluded. Hence, I am not inclined to consider this bail application at the fag end of the trial. 3.
