The sole grievance raised in this writ petition is that though the Petitioner's claim for verification of his tribe claim is pending before Respondent No.2 - Committee since 2013, the same is not being decided.

In above facts and circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the Petitioner's tribe claim as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the patilsr 1 / 2

respective parties are kept open.
